I’ve created some awesome travel itineraries and experienced so many amazing things around the world. Having visited five continents, I’ve done everything from paragliding in Colombia to road tripping in Iceland. I’m certain I can help create an excellent trip, whether it’s a weekend in Florida or two weeks in Italy. Don’t those sound great?
I specialize in creating itineraries for American travelers going on international trips, but I can also help with domestic trips, too. I’ve been to every state but Alaska, so I know all the things about air, road, and even train travel. My focus is logistics – or getting from one point to the next, smoothly and efficiently.
Do you know how to get from the train to your hotel? Can you use a taxi in the town you’re visiting? Does your locale have walkable streets? Even if you know what you want to do and where you want to go, it’s often pretty difficult to get from one point to the next unless you’re already experienced in those tiny details that get you from the airport to the hotel to the restaurant to your tour and all around.
I create exceptionally detailed itineraries with information on absolutely every step of your journey. You’ll have details from the moment you leave your home to the second you return. I will offer recommendations on flights, lodging, activities, ground transportation, and restaurants in the itinerary I create for you.
Not only can I create a start-to-finish itinerary for you, but I can even take your current plans and fill in all the gaps in logistics, so you’ll know how to get from place to place, when to leave for each activity or next place, or how to get to each destination.
Have you already booked plane tickets, some activities, and your hotel stay? Give that information to me, and I’ll create an itinerary that helps you get between each of the major pieces of your vacation.
Don’t stand outside the airport in Inverness,, UK waiting for an Uber to come get you, only to find out that Uber doesn’t actually run in Inverness, and you have to download the local app on your phone or hook up with the buses to get where you’re going.
Don’t assume you can drive a car in Vietnam or Morocco since you have a license and 10 years of driving experience only to find out that you’re WAY over your head with the traffic.
Don’t think that you have to fork over money for a taxi every time you head out in Medellín when you can actually use the public transportation system with ease and walk through many neighborhoods, too, getting your fill of the sights.
Let me guide you on how to set up your vacation, so you’re not running around, late for every appointment, scrambling to get to your airport gate every time you have a flight, and running around in circles trying to find the meeting point for your guided tour.

Here’s an example of the start of one of my recent (personal) itineraries
This is from my summer 2026 trip to Scotland. As you can see, I describe every major point of the trip in detail, so I don’t have to remember anything. All the locations, confirmation codes, numbers, and hours are included. My itinerary for Scotland was eight nights and took about six pages.

I also create PDF copies of all of the travel arrangements and keep them in a digital file that I can reference on my smartphone. If I make your travel arrangements for you, I’ll create digital PDFs that you can take on your trip, putting even more information at your fingertips.
Here’s what I can do for you in creating an itinerary:
- Take your travel arrangements and insert step-by-step logistics into your schedule
- Provide travel options for flights, hotels, restaurants, activities, intercity travel, etc.
- Create a print-out of your itinerary for you (and/or a digital itinerary you can keep on your phone).
- Provide digital copies of your travel arrangements plus maps I think you’ll need.
When we settle on the basic parameters of your trip, I’ll send you a document with questions you’ll answer. These questions will include things like budget, your travel preferences (are you a walker or do you like taxis more?), and how you’d like your itinerary delivered (fully booked or with links that you can book yourself).
